Ultra-Reliable Electric Scooter (Business and Rental Purposes)
The market of electric scooters hasn't met a reliable model for pedestrian and walking areas yet. Robot2b has conducted an advanced market analysis along with the concepts, structure, and design for an electric scooter. The vehicle suited for deliveries and rental purposes. We have established the necessary channels of communication with vetted suppliers and designed document packages for manufacturing. Serial production was successfully launched.. Patrol robot
For existing model of patrol robot our team has created electric power controllers for motors and API of wheels management for upper-level system.
At shortest terms (2 months) our team came up with a concept of an external layout and industrial design prototype. Video: Robot in real-life environment.

Power controller
Power controllers (circuit design and firmware) capable of driving vehicles weighing from a couple of kgs to tens of tons. 36-600 Volt. Up to 300 A, Up to 25 kW. Typically, the technology applied in scooters, bicycles, robots, and cars. Field Oriented Control (FOC). Ability to work with a reduction of a field. Pulse-width modulation (PWM) and Sine. CAN, UART, Encoder. recuperation, protection from current and voltage. Combined multiple controllers via CAN. Temperature sensors of controller and motor. Management of speed, current, power, etc. according to Statement of Work (SoW).

Freight Electric Bike
Freight electric bike is designed for carrying purposes for loads more than 650 lb (350kg). The cargo compartment corresponds to the size of EUR-pallet (47.2 in × 31.5 in × 5.7 in).
The bike is driven by a Mid-Drive motor which is installed in place of the carriage pedal assembly. The bike complies with EU standards for electric bicycles and is allowed on bicycle lanes.

The concept of a new scooter model. Virtual Reality (VR) presentation
For the Intermot exhibition in Cologne, the Chinese scooter manufacturer Horwin commissioned the development and demonstration of a new model of scooter ("Concept Car"). As there were only 40 days until the beginning of the exhibition, it was decided to present the product in a Virtual Reality (VR) format. Ultra-light scooter
A unique suspension system made from composite materials, computer simulations of operating modes, industrial design, electronics, and a rental station. The scooter satisfies all conditions for effective application in sharing systems.

Messenger based sharing system
User interface solution for the classic sharing system based on chatbot in Telegram messenger. We work actively to adapt to other popular messengers. The whole process from registration to the rent of the vehicle is conducted in chat mode with the chatbot. The use-case is for courier delivery and order management system with a company "Birdie".

Sharing platform for scooters and cars
At this time, one of our clients operates simultaneously up to 2000 devices. The system consists of three modules: company management module with device monitoring, a user interface, and a mobile application. The platform administrator receives data from devices and can communicate with the customer in real time regime.

Hydrogen power
Adaptation and integration of BMPower hydrogen fuel cell based energy systems for use in trikes. The idea showed unprecedented efficiency in operations. The installation allowed to accumulate more energy compared to rechargeable batteries and increases the autonomous run of the electric trike to 700 km. Significant savings for rental stations.

Robotic (Autopilot) Loading Platform
A motor controller and synchronization algorithm for Mecanum Wheels (Omniwheel). Сontroller and algorithm are designed to provide an autonomous movement of a vehicle on a given route. A communication module and API for interaction with warehouse management systems (WMS). There is a prototype to demonstrate how the controller operates. The customer plans to design the mechanical section by himself.

Robotic Manipulator Arm
Cheap and accessible robot manipulators are required for a wide range of projects unrelated to manufacturing and business processes like advertising and marketing installations. To demonstrate the capabilities of the Zhiyun Steadicam stabilizer, Robot2b team was commissioned to develop a robot that imitating the movement of a human being. Requirements: Non-stop operation work for at least 10 hours/day, Loads of up to 8lb (3kg), nonstop operation - 1.5 months, Power and auxiliary boards of our own design were used for BLDC motor (not stepper motors).

Humanoid for Robots City Amsterdam
The company Robots City Amsterdam integrates robots into the service and events sectors. Robots on the market don't meet the requirements regarding reliability, cost, and aesthetics. We designed the humanoid's structure, software, and API. Managed to achieve a low cost, reliability, and ease of maintenance.

Autopilot system for a classic car
A comprehensive vehicle traffic control system based on data from cameras, lidars, and other sensors. In the case, the methods of machine learning are applied for object recognition. The motion control algorithm for cars is based on mathematical models that take into account the dynamics of the car, friction, inertia, and other parameters. Network Management System for Car Electric Stations
Manufacturers of electric stations provide only equipment and API. Charging process requires an interface for both the network owner and the client. A comprehensive OEM IT platform was developed for managing a network of refueling stations: Backend, App, Billing system, Web and Mobile. It's possible for any manufacturer to connect to the station system. This system has been put into operation.

Modular Crawler Platform
Task: developing an electric drive crawler for multi-purpose uses in personal transport and robotic systems. The constructive was designed and a set of BMS motor controllers is restructured for the consumer version. Robot2b used a proprietary developed controller for autonomous transportation in the robotic 2-x crawler systems. The first modification is available on retail sale.

Motion Control System for Shooting Video with DSLR Cameras
A portable rapid deployment system for automating camera movement.
Robotic control of camera movement, filming direction, focus, and zoom. The system enables to professional cinematographic effects using consumer DSLR cameras.

Electric Bike Conversion Kit for Strida
Strida is the lightest vehicle with pedals. It's not possible to embed the electric motor due to unusual body construction. We've provided a quick-mounting transmission-motor-controller-battery kit for the case. The external attachable parts don't interfere with the "folding system" of the bike.

Automated Wrapping Machines
Operators of luggage wrapping machines at the airport used to accept payments in cash. This way the owner was unable to monitor the number of orders. We've developed a new machine to automate the counting of operations and payment acceptance: replaced the motors and electronics; embedded scales with the touch screen along with other automation elements. Wrappers were connected to the Cloud and moved over to the card payment system.
